Arthritis occurs when there is swelling in the joints of your body or in your joints cartilage (soft bone) When it breaks. The joints of the body are such places where two or more bones meet each other, such as hip or knee bones.

Cartilage is like a mattress in the joints which protects them by pressure and facilitates the activity. When there are cartilage breaks in any joint, your bones rub with each other, causing pain, swelling, and cramps.

Arthritis is mainly of two types –

Like many other diseases, no infections or other external causes are not responsible for arthritis. It is responsible for the food imbalance, which increases uric acid in the body. Whenever we eat or drink something, then some part of the acid contained in it remains in the body. If the catering and routine are not regular and balanced, then it keeps on increasing gradually. But when some extra acid goes away in the body, due to some reason it starts depositing on the bones or muscles between the joints. This comes in the form of later arthritis.
