There are weakness and fatigue due to lack of proper diet in our metro-life. Everybody wants a perfect diet plan according to their daily routine, but they cannot do it without getting the right guide. Diet Plan List -

Early Morning:

Start your morning taking a morning walk and exercise a bit. Avoid early morning eating too heavy. Although, many people start their morning with heavy and junk foods, which is an absolutely wrong sign.

After getting up in the morning, take a glass of warm water first, it will make your metabolism stronger.

Apart from this, 4-5 almonds can also be eaten with milk. Try to drink empty stomach 2 glasses of milk (non-creamy milk).

At 9 AM:

This is your breakfast time, most people start their work at this time. Breakfast should be germinated sprouts or a plate mix or vegetable equivalent. Green tea or a glass apple or orange juice will also be beneficial with sprouts.

Between 12 to1 PM:

It's your lunch-time, you can eat food at this time. In the plate, two Chapatis with Bran, one bowl of Red Lentils, half a bowl of Rice, a bowl of Green Vegetables, a bowl of Curd, and a Salad’s plate can be included. At the same time, there is a lot of nutrition that keeps the body healthy. After 15-20 minutes of eating, you can drink plenty of water.

Between 4 to 5 PM:  

About three hours after lunch, you should have/eat snacks (light food). One plate of tea with two biscuits, any seasonal fruits (apple, orange, pomegranate, pear, etc.).

Taking cucumber, watermelon in the summer-time will be more beneficial. These things will be helpful in keeping the body hydrated. You can also take a glass of juice in the summer.

Between 8 to 9 PM: 

Dinner’s dish can be the same as eaten in the afternoon. Do not include rice in excess quantity at dinner. There will be Lentils, two Chapatis, light Rice, a cup of Curd and salad.

Dinner will be more beneficial for about three hours before sleeping. The food gets digested well and there is no constipation and acidity in next morning.

Just before Bedtime: 

About one hour after dinner, take a glass of milk.

It's not only a matter of making a diet plan, but also important to follow it. Regularly follow the diet chart. Drink more and more water.
