Hypertension (High Blood Pressure) - 

Hypertension can be treated as a reward of daily-life. Today, in the life of a race, anxiety, and anger affect our heart and other parts of the body. Our heart flows blood in our body. Pure-blood goes from the artery to other parts of the body and the contaminated blood from the other parts of the body goes back to the heart. Blood pressure is the same process of pumping blood.

Blood pressure(BP) is therefore not a disease, but a normal process. But when the pressure is low or high for some reason, it is called high blood pressure or low blood pressure.

Hypertension is a very common problem among people today. It hugs you without warning, hence it is called a silent killer.

There will be a huge increase in hypertension patients in the coming times. By 2020, one-third of the total population will be suffering from hypertension. Since 1980, the disease is growing rapidly. The problem of hypertension is rising from children to adults. However, a large population suffers from this disease.

While Blood pressure crosses 140, is called hypertension. The blood that spreads through the walls of the arteries through the body is called blood pressure. Typically blood pressure often increases and decreases over the course of the day, but if it lasts longer, it can cause many losses to the health.

Due to high BP, there is a risk of heart disease and stroke which is the biggest cause of death. It’s a life-threatening illness High blood pressure and hypertension kill about 1.5 million people every year.

1. Lack of food, stick to smartphones and not doing physical exercise, due to modern lifestyle habits, there is a problem of hypertension

2. There are some reasons for which you are not responsible for such things as age, gender, lifestyle, and so on.

3. Reason for hypertension 90 percent of the patients did not know how they became affected with high blood pressure. The common cause of high blood pressure is atherosclerosis.

4. Many causes of atherosclerosis are responsible for creating hypertension that includes stress, modern lifestyle, poor diet and lack of physical exercise.

5. Some of these people had secondary hypertension disease with high blood pressure, in which hypertension itself is caused by kidney disease, thyroid disease, pituitary gland, pregnancy, obesity, and insomnia or the harmful effects of any medication.

Prevention from Hypertension -

1. People should adopt a functioning lifestyle that should be weight or balanced. Even you can avoid the problem of high blood pressure by reducing a little weight.

2. Regular physical exercise is also important. The risk of blood pressure problem in those who do physical exercise every day is less compared to those who live in modern lifestyle.


3. To reduce the risk of hypertension, you can also take some diet tips that will help you maintain your weight.

4. Stay away from smoking and do physical exercises. 

In today's time everyone has the burden of fulfilling their targets and for this reason, they are becoming compelled to live a wrong lifestyle. Due to this, the risk of hypertension is increasing.
